1. How can I create an account on MUP website?

You can create an account by clicking here. Other Ways you can click on my account option (which you find upwards ,next to your chart) and select the option create Account. Then you have to fill in with the Information requested such as: your first name, Last Name, Email address and your password and after click on Create.Your account will be created and you will be able to receive all the exclusive benefits.

2. Can I change my account information?

You can change your account information by clicking on your account, once you've done, you will be on your account details and click on the option View Addresses and click on your Edit Address section in order to modify your account Information and then submit.

3. I forgot my password, what should I do?

To reset your password you have to click on the option Forgot your password and insert the e-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an e-mail notification with a link to reset your password, After you've done this, you can log in with your new password in this page.
