1. How can I contact your customer service team?

You can contact the customer service by clicking on the popup of the "CHAT" in the left corner in the bottom.
By opening the "CHAT" you can ask the info needed but also you can track your order etc.

2. Can I get a beauty or product advice from your customer support? 

You can ask in the "CHAT" all the information you need, about the products, delivery status, ingredients, method of application and of course all the advice you need regarding our beauty products.

3.  I contacted your customer service team, when should I expect a response? 

The customer service will answer as soon as possible, from Monday morning from 08:30 am until Friday afternoon until 4:30 pm.
Also, if contact the customer service during weekend you will receive a response by Monday morning.
