1. What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
If an order is placed furring the weekend, the shipping time will be extended by an additional 48 business hours, as processing and fulfillment services typically resume during regular business hours.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE delivery to the following European countries ( Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Bulgaria) and the United Kingdom for orders over € 100 (after promotional codes). The order must total € 100 after the discount is applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc. If you spend between € 0 - € 35.00 the international Shipping DHL Express will be € 19.99; If you spend between € 35.00 - € 100.00 the international Shipping DHL Express will be € 14.99.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally. Delivery to our babes in the following countries will cost € 19.00: Andorra, Belarus, Bouvet Island, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, and Vatican City. Delivery to our babes in the following countries will cost €25: Algeria, Armenia, Georgia, Guadeloupe, Réunion, and Ukraine.
